One of the interesting things about these forums is meeting the many different types of travelers. I'm one who is not interested in covering a lot of ground and has a tendency to get stuck in a place I like choosing to make day trips from there. My first time two week visit to Europe had many destinations, but I never got farther than London. No regrets either. I can also count three fascinating weeks in Glasgow and a month and a half in Palermo among my extended stays. Two weeks in Baden-Baden was a little short. I know this brand of leisurely travel is not for everyone but I have never been much of a 101er in travel, Greek mythology, German, medieval history, economics anything at all.
