I sorted off nailed down to my first country which is some what like i had mentioned it below. May be i will reduce one or two days from here depending up on how I make progress on this. This is my trip plan for Italy and i need help on this to get going pls 1) Where do i stay in Venice/Rome/Florence - should i select city center as center and choose it. 2) How i can get local tours in each of the hotel. I know rome is crowded for attractions. Should i do that in advance. Trying to find out how /what/where to book in Italy. Once i get a handle on one city - hope to replicate it for others.—Arrive Venice 1/2 day settle

—Venice 2.5 days/3 nights

—Train to Florence 1/2 day

—Florence 2.5 days/3 nights (1/2 day Pisa*, 2 days Florence)

—Train to Rome 1/2 day

—Rome 3.5 days/4 nights

—Fly out Rome

I am somewhat improved on my requirements after our discussion and some what clear now. Still i need to work on the details. I have now 1) Where to go 2) How many days i tentatively plan to stay in place 3) Transport days 4) Route. My priorities are flight booking and hotels. which i am looking for now. I am not super savy on detailed planning and hence i need help on
Question 1) Is the amount of stay is sufficient in each place 2) what else we can see on the way 4) How we can make it better. Appreciate all the support.

1) DW and son traveling and landing in Munich on 3rd May
2) If he can get a cheap ticket to bundlesligha match on may 9th he will go (dont know how to get it) in munich. This is his life time goal but any way i cannot afford it
3) Myself and my daughter reaching to Paris on 10th May
4) DW and son reaching paris on 10th may
5) 11th Paris
6) 12th Paris
7) 13th Paris
8) 14th travel to Florence via swiss or any other place (Train)
9) 15th to 16th - Location not decided (We dont skil)
10) We wanted to see some sight seeing places in Switzerland (We are budgeted people , and i heard it is expensive)
11) 17-18th florence
12) 19th travel to rome
13) 20th to 25th Rome ()
14. Fly home back

Option 2: Can all go back to munich on 14th... Stay in munich see salszburg & innsburck and reach florence by flight. i dont know which one is economical. But atleast i can save stay cost if i stay in munich as i have some relatives.

Let me know . thanks

To solve the 14th,15th,16th, i am considering traveling from Paris to Milan, stay put 2 days in Milan. Possbly catch a train from Milan->Tirano->St-mortiz to cover some part of swiss alps.
14th Travel to Milan
15h Travel to Tirano->st.moritz (https://www.sbb.ch/en/buying/pages/f...fahrplan.xhtml)
16th Milan Site seeting
How many days do i need in Milan. Place seem to be expensive.

You don't need any days in Milan. It's all your choice where you want to visit.

IMO you're still trying to race around and see too many places in too short a time. And then there's the pesky issue of the coronavirus, which might cause some concern about Italy. That said, it's up to you to decide IF you want to visit Milan and if you do, how much time you want to spend there. We adore Milan and gor for at least a week every couple of years or so, and we don't find it terribly expensive, though it can be of course if you make it so. Switzerland, to us, is frightfully expensive, though there are always ways around that if you do your homework.
