I suspect you'd find more people having used busabout on www.eurotrip.com or on the lonelyplanet site. Both sites are more dedicated to young packpackers.

Last summer we got an interail ticket and went from Spain through France, Germany, Prague, Austria and Switzerland. We went everywhere by train and it was great!!. Most train Stations are in or very next to the city center. All the trains were comfortable and punctual!!

My son, age 22, is leaving SF on 4 July for Paris where he will pick up Busabout. He chose it over taking the train (which he did last summer) because of the opportunity to meet like-minded travelers in his age group, the fact that the bus stops at a hostel each night (Busabout has the capacity to make the reservation for the next night's stop), and the cost is less than a Eurail pass. He likes the idea of not having to arrive in an unfamiliar city and having to figure out how to get to the hostel, a time saver when using Busabout. Try www.busabout.com

No, I don't have any affiliation with the company!
