Yes sounds to me you are on a "private" site which can be very clever and deceptive....I think the ETA is now £16. If you pay more you are not on the official site.

It sure looked like it was the official site. I saw in another thread, the website to use which actually looked very similar with the same format/questions. Tried it and bingo - within 5 minutes I was complete for $22.21 USD. One minute later I received the approval.

I did this today. I took advice from this board that the app was difficult. I used an iPad to photo my passport and my face. This worked well. The cost is now US$22 and change. I also got the approved message in about 90 seconds.
