For what it's worth, here's my summary. I've had longstanding 100% success with e-mailing myself threads over many years. I read this thread yesterday and decided to send myself a test e-mail to find out what's up. It has yet to arrive. Checked my ISP spam folder and it's not there. I sent myself a second test e-mail of this thread this morning, and it hasn't arrived either. Others are reporting a similar experience. So I'm deducing that the problem is at Fodor's. Is there a problem with my reasoning?

Betsy,
I just tested it and it came through immediately.
Friends email me threads often.
Maybe it is your computer?
I do the same thing patrick in london does though, if a thread gets deleted, you won't have anything .. copy & paste.

Thanks, Scarlett. Not to beat a dead horse, but I'm very puzzled. Didn't even realize there was a problem, as I hadn't e-mailed myself a thread since 14 November. Today, DH and I have tried all possible combinations and permutations of e-mailing this thread (and other threads) from this website to various mail servers where we have email accounts, but we've received nothing. In the past, this capability has been 100% reliable, so I can't fathom what's going on now, especially as others are not having the same difficulty.

Brining this to the top in case anyone else is experiencing this glitch. I received a nice e-mail from Katie at Fodor's who says they're looking into it. I tried sending myself a thread from work to my home e-mail address today, with no luck.
