There's one car boot sale at the Omni Centre car park on Sundays. There's also a large antique dealer in Leith

the Causwayside area on the south side of the city center has quite a few antique shops that may be worth wandering through,also lots of charity shops i the city were you can browse all sorts of bric a brac.
The boot sale that AlanRow mentions is pretty big,i was there a few sundays ago and it was really busy by 9.30 am,so get there early.
if you see any whisky flasks please keep them aside for me ,i collect them.

Charity shop map - Morningside & Stockbridge are probably the best hunting grounds for the older stuff.
