I just looked at your date and this route requires a change at Arth-Goldau on all but one early selection (EC train that departs 7:47). If you break the ticket down and book Lucerne/Arth-Goldau you get a cheap ticket to Arth-Goldau(6.30chf). You can find supersaver fares (no supersavers available for the one EC train that departs early on your date) for EC trains from Arth-Goldau to Milan (follow the directions above for click on supersaver). Note that the list of trains once you click the saver link is listed by price, not time (range from 27€ up for your date).
