Driving Sevilla to Malaga
I've gotten directions from Sevilla to our hotel near Malaga BUT - the highways they list aren't on any map I've gotten from the Spanish Tourism office. Has anyone driven this route and can offer a decent, well marked route? What I am being told is "A473 to N340 to A7 - turn left at the roundabout and follow the signs. Can't find the first two highways and A7 looks to be along the coast. HELP!!

A decent, well-market route in Spain? In your dreams!
"turn left at the roundabout and follow the signs."
Signs in Spain? My, they do have sense of humor.

cmeyer54,
Try www.viamichelin.com, as bob says, and in the driving directions section, type in as your departure "Estación de Santa Justa" as the street address/staion, then Sevilla in the city box. In the destination boxes, type the street address of your hotel in near Málaga and the city.
That should give you very good directions from Seville's train station to Málaga area hotel.
I highly recommend the very detailed, dependable Michelin regional map #578 for Andalucía. Well worth the money. Just google "Michelin Map 578" to find an internet source (www.languagequest.com/traveler/) or search your local book or map store.

Ditto get a good road map if you are driving! Michelin is ok, I've always found Freytag & Berndt better and far more detailed....however it seems you are only using main roads so something less detailed should be fine. Do not get so caught up with hotel directions until you reach Malaga....look at a good map and do what makes sense!
