driving from Lucca to Pisa airport

Many times, actually from farther than Lucca. I would allow an hour just in case plus time to return the car, if that's what you need to do. The airport is called Galileo Galilei and it's a bit south of the city. It's a convenient airport with flights to many major European cities, including one to Heathrow which hooks up nicely to a Heathrow-SFO return to the U.S.
