Driving and Walking in Brittany
I'm going to be doing a solo week walking in Brittany in late July. I'll have a rental car so will drive between walks. I regularly walk 10 miles a day and am good with a max of 3-4 hours of driving per day. The walks are my main focus but I don't want to miss anything along the way which a slight detour would take me to. Also, I haven't booked accommodation where there are question marks so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Day 1 - Arrive Nantes by Train, overnight in Nantes
Day 2 - walks in Monnieres and Penestin, overnight in Vannes
Day 3 - walks in Pont-Aven and Quimper, overnight in Quimper
Day 4 - walks in Camaret and Porspodor, overnight in ????
Day 5 - walks in Huelgoat and Carantac, overnight in ????
Day 6 - walks Pink Granite Coast and Erquay, overnight in ????
Day 7 - walks Pointe du Groin and Dinan, overnight in Dinan
Day 8 - walks Hede and Fougeres, train to Paris from Le Mans
Many Thanks,
Hez

For the Pink Granite Coast, I highly recommend the Hotel des Roches in Ploumanac'h -

Hez - i think that you may have trouble booking for this period - we have been looking for possible places to stay in mid august in Brittany and the choice is very limited.
you could try the gites de france website [they list B&Bs too]:
http://www.gites-de-france.com/
otherwise your best bet may be to use the tourist offices in your chosen destinations, when you get there; they should have up to date lists of vacancies including B&Bs and should be able to phone in advance so you don't waste your time.
good luck!
