I contacted the following Sorrento based companies for transfers from Naples airport to Atrani, later drop off at Naples at the end of our stay. Well reviewed and said to be reliable, though I finally went with a driver suggested by our Airbnb host.

Patrizio Amato +39 339 2490908--based in Maori but of course does the entire coast. We hired him repeatedly and never had a problem. Prompt to the minute.
Antonio Nuschese +39 335 5243 689

Patrizio was whom we went with, on the advice of our local property manager in Minori, the Torre-based Mario Arzano (Mario is a fantastic fixer and takes care of every conceivable logistic). Antonio, whom I met a couple times during the Minori passegiata was another acquaintance of our Minori landlady.

The second company is Sorrento Cabs. My post went into moderation and for some reason they removed the second name!

Rome in Limo could be another option, they’re widely used by cruisers. Personally I haven’t used them, but they’ve been highly recommended on the Cruise Critic boards. Google the name for email/contact details.
