Dress Code - Sauna/Bath

Not wanting to be a "stupid American", what is the dress code for sauna's and Turkish baths in Lisbon hotels? (Bathing suit or not?) I know most of Europe ops for no bathing suits in saunsa -- just want to make sure that applies to Portugal as well.

I have no idea, but don't you think that the safest thing to do is to ask before you enter? Someone might give you an answer that's true 99% of the time, but not in your situation.
