How long of a train ride is this? I would like to go and come back the same day. Where would I find the time of the last train back to Rome?

This is an easy trip. I am going to Rome in a few days and will be taking a day trip to Florence. I have booked round trip on the Eurostar via the internet. Use the website mentioned in the previous post. Of course, if it's your first time to Italy and you are able time to spend two days there I would encourage you to try to do an overnight in Florence because there is so much to see. It is a beautiful city.
