Day train from Budapest to Transylvania- possible?

Hello,

I'm leaving Budapest on August 29th, and would like to arrive in one of the cities in Transylvania (Sighisora, Sibiu, Brasov, or Sinaia) that evening. Is there a direct day train to any of these cities? I know there is a day train from Budapest to Cluj-Napoca, but would I still make a train from there to my destination? Worst case scenario, I will spend an evening in Cluj-Napoca. I'm trying to avoid night trains.

Any info appreciated!

Cheers,

Jen.

Go to the German rail web site, excellent for trains in all of Europe, even Balkans and you'll get all the schedules for that day:
www.bahn.de - then at top highlight Int'l Guests and then on next page, "Travel Service" to get English schedule page. Fairly infallible for all of Europe, except Spain, in my experience.
