Danube Cruise

Are there different Danube Cruises? Can anyone suggest one. We will be leaving tomorrow for Budapest tomorrow, the onto Vienna. We were just wondering if there were specific ones. We would like an p.m. one for sure. Thanks.

Assuming you don't mean multi-day ones... There are evening cruises within Budapest. There are daytime cruises to Szentndre but the village is very touristy. In Vienna there are boats to/from Melk and Krems. There's a hydrofoil from Vienna to Bratislava. There are probably others. Don't you have a guidebook? If not, why not?

We are going on a tour with a group. This is actually offered within the tour as an optional tour. We can just go with that particular one if we choose to do so. Thanks for your answer.

So why ask us? You could at least have linked to the cruise.

I don't think there's any way someone here could recommend an optional tour offered within your tour package, without having any other information about the specifics.

It is unclear to me why you are creating so much drama over a simple question. There is no link that I see. There is only writing stating it is offered. Never mind. Sorry I ever inquired.

I had no idea it would be so complicated. We have free time within the tour I so planned it that way so we can be on our own if we so choose.

There are few cruisers on this forum. You might try the cruise forum or even google tours for whichever place you are interested. Most cities will offer tours of the city itself or surrounding areas.
