Can anyone recommend any agriturismos in Sardinia?

I plan on going for a week in August, and in the interest of trying to keep cost down I am interested in staying in agriturismos. I plan on 3 nights in the Cala Luna-Cala Gonone area (east coast) 3 nights in the Alghero area and one near Cagliari. Any thoughts? If not agriturismos then maybe small, charming hotels? I am trying to stay away from huge hotels that don't have any true Sardinian flavor. Thanks!

One source of info is www.itwg.com, the official Italian tourist agency. If you type in the area where you want to stay, you will get listings of hotels, pensiones, agritourismos, etc. Good luck.

For a complete list of hotels in Sardinia, look at the web site of the Ente Sardo Industrie Turistiche (ESIT). Also, the Italian Government Travel Office (ENIT) website lists all hotels in all of Italy.
