My husband and I travelled to Dubrovnik Jan/Feb 2000 for two weeks. Try General Turist 1 800 726 7474. We flew from JFK to Paris on Air France, Croatian Airlines to Zagreb and then on to Dubrovnik. We had a package which included all air, hotel for 14 nights and two meals a day. Only $1000 per person. Remember it was off season.

Sorry about the triple answers. Everytime I am on the Europe forum I am notified that the program has performed an illegal operation and it shuts me out of Fodors. I'm never sure if the post has been received. Any suggestions would be welcome. I am at a loss.

Peter, I am going there this summer and used Adriatic Sunshine Travel out of Chicago at 1-800-247-5353. Ask for Mirna, she is actually from Croatia and has some good advice. I booked airfare only from them since I enjoy researching the hotels myself. Let me know if you have other questions.

Try the Croatian Travel Agency in New York. I've found them to have the best rates and the most availability (that is always a problem if you are travellingin the summertime). The agency is called Pan Adriatic Travel and their website is www.panadriatic.com Phone: 800-352-0555 Hope this helps.
