I beg to differ. 1. If your website, or your store window, says you take VISA, it's false advertising if you don't take VISA. 2. If your website shows a photo of the "Versace" room with a king size bed, it's false advertising to rent it with 2 cots. 3. If you accept money for a room, assuring the renter that you're next door to Schoenbrun Palace in Vienna, when your hotel is in Schwechat under a flight path, THAT's also false advertising.
