i dontknow wether your trip is already effected or still a project, but as someone else wrote it, it s quite unrealistic, worse if your plan concerned summer months...
Tuesday Monaco : how can you be in teh Casino in the evening (when the fun is)and have a diner in Cagnes ?
Wednesday : go ahead and walk in Nice - no car please. Where do you sleep ?
Thursday : totally unrealistic. If once again it s in summertime, you won't be arrive in Verdon before 11.30 am leaving Nice (for instance) early. And not in Marseilles before 5 assuming that your visited by car Verdon canyon (2hours)
you go then to Pont du Gard in order to walking across it and have a dinner in Cap d'Antibes at 2 or 3 o'clock of the night...
Recommendation as requested :
Tvesday Monaco and Menton (whole day)
Wednesday Nice Antibes Juan les pins and Cannes
Thursday Grasse, Haut Var and Verdon
It would be my choice for a three days stay in the area assuming that you wish to take some rest, enjoy life and go back to business later after having taken a few moments of relaxation your first itinerary being practically unrealizable.

Note that parking near Le Cagnard is very difficult--unless you're staying at the hotel, I'd suggest going elsewhere.
I think that in general you'll be running from place to place, leaving no time for spontaneity. I'd hate to be tied down to a schedule for every lunch and dinner.
Check to see whether the Musée Matisse has re-opened; last October the sign said it was closed for a year.
Where are you staying? Unless you're spending the night in St-Tropez, count on very heavy traffic getting into and out of the town.
