Cooking school in Italy

My wife and I are interested in taking recreational cooking classes in Italy, preferably around Naples or Bari. Does anyone have any actual experience with any such classes or schools?

Not in Bari, but about 40 minutes south in the pretty town of Lecce is the Awaiting Table cooking classes. Although my wife was not able to book nor take a class (due to her being late for registration), she was able to talk to the proprietor and she was enthusiastic about the propietor's obvious knowledge on Puglian cuisine and the overall nice attitude.

As a consolation, we were given excellent recommendations on terrific restaurants in lecce while we were there.

Here's the website:

No, but have heard good things about the Agriturismo at Selliano outside Paestum, which has an on site school...location is a water buffalo farm near the beach and ruins.
