Combined Tickets

I've trying to find information about combined sight tickets for Rome, Florence, Siena and Pisa. Does anyone know where I can find current information?

crozier: Unfortunately "Combined Tickets" is a pretty vague title. It could be asking about sightseeing, rail tickets, bus tickets, or just about anything anywhere in Europe.

You will probably have better luck if you post a new thread with a title something like "Rome, Florence, Siena, Pisa - any info about combined sightseeing tickets? "

I think I understand the question, and I have never heard of such a thing. I wouldn't expect for such a thing to exist for Dallas, Houston and San Antonio either.

But maybe you mean for each individual city. More of a Paris thing, but there is a combination ticket for 2 or 3 or 4 or more of a list of about 8 (?) "attractions" in Pisa.

Best wishes,

Rex

The only thing similar I know is the Great Bristish Heritage Pass, that works in hundreds of sites in the UK. But crozier's not going to the UK.

1. "Combined ticket" is a term used by many guide books. I assumed that people reading this site are savvy enough to be familiar with common travel terminology.

2. rex: You misunderstand. I'm not talking about tickets that cover multicities. I'm talking about tickets for multiple sights in each city. I listed the cities that I'm interested in.

I tried to anticipate the two different things you might have meant. I listed what I know about for Pisa. I don't know of any such thing for Rome, Florence or Siena.

I don't think that "combined ticket" is a common term.

A search for the phrase "combined ticket" here on the 100,000+ plus posts ("threads&quot on this forum doesn't seem to show anything for Italy using this phrase - - and only 28 "hits" total for sis years. I didn't take a look at those 28 to see what they represented. They looked to be a hodgepodge, with some referring to Paris.

Do the guidebooks give any other information? You might try the tourist sites for these cities.

I have never actually heard of a "combined ticket" so I am with the others in being confused.

Crozier - There is a combo ticket for Rome called the ROMA ARCHEOLOGIA CARD. It's valid for 9 sights:

- Colosseo
- Palatino
- Terme di Caracalla
- Palazzo Massimo
- Palazzo Altemps
- Crypta Balbi
- Terme di Diocleziano
- Villa dei Quintili, and
- Mausoleo di Cecilia Metella.

... and costs €20.00.

Hope this helps ...
