Clothes for Rome

Hi,
When it comes to clothes I'm your basic black with a few colorful accessories.
This is the first time I will be going to Rome in November and I need some clothes advice. I need to travel light. I would like to get some basic black jersey or microfiber mix and match pieces...mostly pants, tops, pieces I can layer. What do you think? And do you know where I can find some?

Thanks!

Chico's has a line called Traveler that sounds like what you are looking for.

But will microfiber and jersey knits be warm enough for Rome in November?

yes. Take a raincoat and scarf, maybe a sweater. If you buy that Chicco's stuff its fairly substantial.
