Closest train station to Westin Grand Berlin

I'm mapping out our train travel. We'll be coming from Hamburg to Berlin. We're staying at the Westin Grand in Berlin. Anyone know right off which train station would be closest to this hotel? Thanks.

The next stop after the Lerhter Banhof (sp) should be the Friedrichestrasse station (again sp?). This is the one you want to use. The Westin is right on the corner.

FYI, the Westin is about 5 blocks south of the Friedrichstrasse station. It's quite a walk if you have to pull a suitcase but doable. It is a crowded sidewalk till you cross Unter den Linden. Some people opt to take the U6 from Friedrichstr station and get off on the next station Franzoesichestr, where the Westin is close to.

Those stations mentioned above are for regional or suburban trains only.
The train you will be coming with from Hamburg will not stop there. You need to get off at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Central Station).
From Hauptbahnhof you can
- take a cab (appr. €10 max), or
- take Bus 147 (destination Eichenstr./Puschkinallee) to bus stop Französische Straße, which will be some 100 yards away from your hotel.
