The Eurostar leaves from London's Waterloo station and proceeds through the Chunnel to two or three sites I believe - Lille, Brussels(?) and Paris. If you are going to Paris you will arrive at Gare du Nord one of the Paris train stations. Does that answer your question?

http://www.ratp.fr/Transpor.eng/transpor.eng.htm
this website is all you need to know about Paris city transportation (well, almost everything).
The RER line B runs both north and south, and is a direct train to the Left Bank (pont St Michel and Luxembourg stops). If you have a lot of luggage, or need to take several metro trains to get to your hotel, take the taxi.
The Eurostar goes in two directions: London<>Paris and London<>Brussels. The Paris train stops in Ashford and Lille, then goes to Paris. You're in the "tunnel" for less than 30 minutes; the rest of the time you are aboveground and looking at English, then French, countryside. In first class, they bring you a meal. In second class, you can go to the meal car and get sandwiches, etc. The menu is in English, French and Flemish, which is a very entertaining way to learn a new language. The in-flight (ride?) magazine is also in the 3 languages, with good info on current stuff going on in the 3 citie
