There're some pretty comprehensive threads on this. A recent one is this one:

Raileurope's US prices are usually lower than ones in the UK right now due to the devaluation of the dollar. The cheapest ticket is $90 one way for trains between 11am and 3pm Mon-Thu; next fare is $120 Mon-thu any train; $150 any train any day. But a $94 day return can be used on any train any day - you throw the return ticket away as it seems there are no controls in place to make sure you're doing a day return as technically required. RailEurope charges a $15 fee per order plus a $15 mailing fee. I go thru BETS, absolute Eurostar (as the London-Paris trains are called) experts - they won't charge you the $15 mailing fee (800-441-9413) - note that the cheaper tickets are sold in strictly limited allotments so book as early as you know your dates - can book up to six months in advance. Compare these prices with www.eurostar.co.uk for UK fares - but i've checked as in previous posts on this subject and US rates are bargains currently - especially for one ways as these seem impossible to book on UK site as most Brits of course go round trip. If going round trip the above RailEurope fares of $90, $120, $150 are also valid for round trips - same as one way so if you're going round trip absolute bargain.

Actually can book eurostar up to nine months in advance, not six, in US.

A question came up about the deeply discounted RailEurope fares above, of $90 $120 $150 with their differing time frames, of whether you could mix these fares - say depart in the $90 round trip time of Mon-Thu 11am-3pm and then return in the most expensive time say on a Sunday, the $150 r.t. fare - the answer is yes and such a round trip would be $120, taking half of each one. Note that the cheapest $90 r.t. fares can be extremely hard to book, especially the closer you get to the train date so if sure you're going book as far in advance as possible. but as these fares on non-refundable, non-changeable be sure of your times as with Eurostar tickets in such fare categories you must reserve a seat on a particular train time.
