Hello again ... Need your help on transport within the cities and between cities and towns
our iterenary is Munich (with day trip to garmisch) 3 nights- Nuremberg (day trip to rothenburg) 2 nights - Innsbruck (4 nights) - Salzburg (3 nights- with a day trip to hallstat) - 2 nights

Which travel card should I purchase for travel within the cities and also for traveling between cities.
Also should I book tickets in advance, do the prices change.
