I've been looking on the net for days now for A'dam hotel info and this was the best site I found...You can ask for 1-star accommodations and it will bring up a whole list. I don't know what the situation will be in that price category (I was looking for something in the $100-115 neighborhood), but I can tell you that many things that I tried were already booked...so you'd best get on it ASAP. Good luck!

Here's another site - for Juliana's Floating B&B - it looks absolutely delightful on the website and is $60 nite/single ($40 pp/per nite for a double). We couldn't get in for March, maybe you'll get lucky with a Feb date.
