CDG terminal 3

Sorry guys, simple question what is the easiest public transport route terminal 3 into central paris? One 15kg bag each for 2 people.

The RER's Terminal 1/3 stop is a short walk from CDG3. No shuttle necessary. That's probably the easiest way.

Terminal 3 is within walking distance (300 meters) of the CDG-1 train station (which is not at all at terminal 1). The walking path is clearly marked. The RER B into Paris costs 8.10€ and includes any additional metro connections that you might need. Travel time on the RER is about 30 minutes -- some trains are even non-stop to Gare du Nord (but not at rush hour).
