Carte Musee and May 1

I'll be in Paris on May 1st and I am wondering if that day when everything is closed will count as one of the days on a 3 day pass.

I'd like to buy one for Sun through Wed, but if the 1st counts I won't use it the first day.

Thanks for any hints about this and about suggestions for things to do on May 1.

It doesn't matter when you buy the pass. The first day you want to use it you write the date on it. Then it's good for that day and the next consecutive number of days depending on the pass. For more Paris information e-mail me- [email protected]

I understand how it is supposed to work, what I don't know is if I use it Sun. will they count Tues the 1st as the last day of the 3 day pass even though the museums are all closed.

I also had a feeling that if I tried asking the ticket seller they might not know orgive an arbitrary answer.

Dale:

Buy a 1-day pass and then another for either 1 day or 3, depending on how many you plan to use. My understanding is they won't consider the holiday. But...you could ask when you buy it, non?
