Caravaggio in Basel

If you are an art lover and happen to be in/near Basel before April 7, there will be a special Caravaggio exhibition. Note: it will be held at the Messe, not the Basel art museum (which is pretty fabulous on its own).

Of course they can or they can take in the new medical science museum or the special exhibitions at the history museum, the Beyeler, the art museum etc etc etc.

Our last visit to the antiquities museum had a great show on how animals were portrayed in ancient Greece and Egypt.
