Orvieto old town has ZTL as does Montepucliano, Montalcino, Pienza and numerous other towns in Italy, but mostly without the cameras. More likely to have a police presence instead of cameras. Know the sign and don't drive past it! There are also cameras for speeding on many roads even passing through small towns.
