hi,did anyone stay at either of these hotels in capri?what about going from naples to capri by boat?and then what is the easiest way to go from capri to bari in apulia?thx to everyone that answer.

From Capri to Bari: take the hydrofoil to Naples Mergellina, then a fast train to Bari from Naples Central Station (you can take the meto from Naples Mergellina to Naples Central). Check train schedules and fares on www.trenitalia.com

Marc: For train connections, look in www.trenitalia.com. You have to connect at least once. I don't know whether there is a direct coach service which would arrive faster. You should check with the tourist board in Salerno.

We just booked the Weber, based on the recommendations. It is right on the beach overlooking this azure water. The say that they have a free shuttle to get you into the town. Hope this helps!

thx karen. the weber looks very nice on the web i am just surprised that the rates are so low for a 4 **** compared to the others...

Hi Marc, I was surprised too, but it is off-season, so maybe that is why. The fodorite that recommended it is going to be there this week, so hopefully we'll get a report back from her soon!
