Now, I need to add more to my message, after reading through the rest of the thread. We were staying at Hotel Eliseo, which is just down the street a half block from the Via Veneto entrance to the tunnels. This was in February of 2002 and I went to the grocery store many times after discovering it in the underground passageway. I do hope it is still there.
