If you want to stop in Cacabelos I can recommend a couple of places....
Moncloa de San Lazaro - I love this place, they have nice rooms and a really fun outside bar that everyone in town goes to, and a good restaurant. http://www.moncloadesanlazaro.com/
If that seems too expensive, this place is just down the street and you can still go hang out at the bar at the Moncloa.

You know you can google most of this information.. google"MAdrid Astroga bus" and you will get the Alsa company. they have several buses a day and they originate in T4 to connect at the terminal SUR in Madrid. good luck and buen camino. The webpage is also in English
