buying a home in umbria

I am looking for advice on purchasing a home. I have visited Italy three times and am in love with Umbria in particular. My husband is an EU citizen and works for an airline so it will be easy for us to get to Italy frequently. I don't know where to start when looking for a property. Can anyone suggest a good realtor or company to deal with?

An interesting book by Gordon Neale : Buying a house in Italy, ISBN 1-85458-300-x.

There are many articles on the issue from: www.timesonline.co.uk, overseas/property section, and www.telegraph.co.uk, expat/property section.

Another good book available from Amazon. Living Abroad In Italy - John Moretti. Has real estate sites listed with advice. Good luck
