Bushmills Inn Question

Hi. Has anyone eaten dinner at the Bushmills Inn by Giant's Causeway before? I'm just wondering if the food is worth the cost of a package deal (room plus dinners included), or if it's better to just pay for the room itself and leave dinner as an option.

Having said that, my second question is if you don't eat dinner at the Inn, are there other places nearby to do so?

Thanks.

How much extra is the meal per person? I had an excellent meal at the Distiller's Arms in Bushmills. It has been many years since I ate at Bushmills Inn and then it was only a burger so I can hardly comment on that.

Thanks for responding. I actually misread the web site, and the cost per night with dinner (for a minimum of 2 nights) is less than the cost per night (no minimum) for the room only, during mid-week in the winter. So I guess it's a deal no matter how good or bad the food is!

fsu42,

The Bushmills Inn is, IMO, worth every penny. I have never had a substandard meal there and it is also a wonderful place to stay - best in the area. If you can get a good deal go for it.

Thank you, cambe. That's good to know. I am definitely going to try to stay there!
