Bus route map around Haarlem

I have been staring at: www.connexxion.nl and www.9292ov.nl to find a bus route map. Can someone describe how to make these sites display route maps for lines 58, 277, 300?

I am looking for a page that looks like this:
http://www.lignedazur.com/ftp/FR_plan/Nice%20CANCA.pdf

9292OV doesn't display route maps. It is purely intended for getting you from a to b by public transport.
Connexxion is the bus company for haarlem and on their site you will find this:

http://tinyurl.com/yfnfmwz pdf of the routes around Haarlem and Ijmond.

I hope that helps.

Oh, this is good.

Where in www.connexxion.nl do I click to get the list of other maps?
I want to print more sectors to the south and all the way to Schiphol.

On the home page bottom right - klantenservice, folders and brochures. Click that then on the new page lijnenkaarten and there you will find a selection of areas. Amstel-Meerlanden covers Schiphol. Duin en Bollenstreek other areas around there.

Hmm. When I go to http://www.connexxion.nl/, I see four boxes at the bottom labeled:

Alles over connexxion
Werken bij..
Connexxion Travel
Ambulancezorg

I don't see klantenservice on the page.

Above the green boxes, on the right hand side. There is the symbol for the OVchipkaart in pink, a green man-drempelvrij and below that regionale kaartsoorten, Ov chipkaart and then klantenservice.

Oh and at the top you have to choose Zuid-Holland as the area you want in the drop down menu, wijzig regio, if you aren't already on the Zuid Holland page.

Ah, got it. Looks like there is a browser cookie to point to the region page with klantenservice if you are a repeat visitor to the site.

Once I found the bus number, where do I go to look at the schedules and the stop names?

Back on the home page for Connexxion Zuid Holland there is a planner. It is available in English. There is a small flag in the right hand corner of the planner frame. You can find stop names by fillig in the address of where you want to go and the planner will plan your route for you, either by stop or address.

Thanks.

But, I want to look up by route also. I have used many transit planners, and I want to double check the planner recommendations.

Doesn't the search for a route option offer that?

I think it is SUPPOSED to but...

Route: 50 "Search for a route" - good
50-Haarlem, Station NS - Leiden Centraal Station "show route" gives incorrect date message no matter what date/time combination I enter:

Kies lijnnummer / plaats

It worked for me in Dutch. So use the Dutch site, it is exactly the same as the English one, but obviously there is a glitch on the English site.

I just put in line 50, no place name and chose next Friday at 10 am and it worked just fine, all the stops and the full timetable around that time.

But in all honesty I don't understand what you are trying to achieve here. The route planners work very well and will give you a good selection of routes to get you where you need to be around the time you need to be there.

The big assumption for any planner is fixed time and fixed departing and arrival locations. The plan info is not valid from other nearby locations that may have better alternate routes. The connexxion site is pretty good at giving other time alternatives.

Thank for the info.
