Yes but this one is not a direct train CDG to Dijon but Paris to Lyon, not the one MarySteve mentioned.

Another recommendation for the B&B La Saura in Lusigny-sur-Ouche, near Beaune. Really nice.

My Beaune restaurant recommendations are
Le P'tit Paradis and La Ciboulette, both about $100 for two with half bottle of wine.
Our best meal in Burgundy was in the countryside at Sainte Sabine Castle, about $160 for two with half bottle of wine.

Vezelay and Fontenay were our favorite day trips.

My bad, it is 19:58 direct cdg to Dijon. Guess I was doubting any train would depart the airport at midnight.
