Budapest, Vienna & Prague

Hi all,
I am trying to figure out areas that would be somewhat centrally located, or near a train station that would get us around in Budapest, Prague and Vienna. We (my husband, myself and a 4 year old) are looking to travel in December and would like to keep it under $100 per night if possible. I have looked at some Airbnbs but figured I could get suggestions here on which areas to avoid and which areas will be best. Thanks for all your suggestions in advance

Just a word about trains - book em online at national rail sites of each country for nice discounted fares if you book early enough to get those often limited in number discounted tickets - www.seat61.com has loads of great info on doing that - general info trains BETS-European Rail Experts and www.ricksteves.com.

Those towns have more than one main train station so figure out which one you will be using if wanting hotel nearby.
