Why haven't you gone to timeout.com or inyourpocket.com to see what venues are around and then checked those venues to see what's on?
"Concerts" is not limited to any particular style, so those guides can help narrow your choices to something that fits your unstated preferences.

Hi benmia,
the Opera House and the biggest musical theater (Operettszínház) is almost next to each other (well, 3 minutes walk from one to each.) Just walk there and ask if they have tickets available
I can also recommend Madách Színház, where also musicals are played. (Currently among others they play Mamma Mia, Cats, Jesus Christ Superstar, Phantom of the Opera)
Have a great time in Budapest, I hope you'll like my city
