BritishMidland has great fares!!!!!!!!

I just booked a fare with bmibritishmidland on line and their fare was less than these websites(Opodo, dialaflight, expedia, europebyair, buz zaway and others). The cities are London Heathrow-Frankfurt round trip in July. The fare is about 64lbs($100) and includes all.If, someone can get a better fare let me know, please keep in mind that the flights are decent hours.

And moreover, one of the mosy UNpublicized deals in intra-Europe air travel is the Discover europe Air Pass available fom British Midland - - but they haven't shown any actual prices for over a year on their web site.<BR><BR>Best wishes,<BR><BR>Rex<BR>

No, Anna, I haven't requested any literature from them for at least two years (maybe three?). At that time, "short" routes were $79, "long" ones $129. And they spelled out all the details in literature they will send through the mail.<BR><BR>But I just now looked on the web site, and I fear that the program is about to be phased out. I found this in small print on http://www.flybmi.com/onbusiness/routepass.asp - - <BR><BR>"europass tickets sold up to 30 May will continue to be valid for travel with bmi until their expiry date."<BR><BR>so, this would seem to indicate they won't be selling them anymore.<BR><BR>Sorry.<BR>

Just booked Frankfurt to London one-way on British Midland 2 days ago. I asked if the Discover Europe Air Pass would be the cheapest fare for our destination and was told that it would be. We paid $129.49 for each one-way fare. It was by far the cheapest fare of any of the airlines I had checked.

Thanks, Betty - - doesn't sound like any contrary information to the fine print on their web site.<BR>
