Adolf was also a vegetarian. As was Heinrich Himmler, if memory serves.

So? I love my dog and I am a blonde.
I don't eat meat either. Am I Bardot or Hitler?

Yes I know all about Hitler, that he was a Vegetarian and loved his Pup..

But tell me, did he dedicated his life in saving and rescuing Animals from various cities Shelters?
Did he spoke about their rights to live humanely?
She is the voice of the Animals..They cannot talk and tell us about their fears, hungers, solitudes, they depends on people like Her to be their spokeman.

Hitler was a horrible Monster , and Yes he was a Vegetarian..

Hatred and bigotry is the bane of the world Kismet and while true that no one is perfect, someone with so much compassion for one group of living creatures displaying venom towards another is discomfiting.

indie, you or the person/band you quote sounds like a fruitarian.

"So these carrots were...murdered?"

"Yes, murdered."

"Poor carrots"

I haven't read her book so I don't know the context in which she wrote her feelings. Does she have the right to voice her ideals in France? Was she voicing concerns that the traditional French way of life was getting lost?

I don't know but I agree with Kismetchimera about her tireless efforts on the behalf of animals.

BTW, Hitler ended up poisoning Blondie and her pups.

I think I'm with Indie on this one.

Loved her comment about all the foreign prostitutes ruining it for good honest French street-walkers.

Scarlett,

Message: She was fined for making some sort of Racist remarks. But I don't think she actually stayed in jail.
Remember when she stole someones donkey (her neighbor?) because he was not taking good care of it

Was this in France or Molvania?

I have not read her book either SeaUrchin..
Therefore, I dont really know about her feelings or what her thoughts are about this particular group.
Perhaps she is concerned about the ways they treat their women ?
I dont know and until I read her works, I cant honestly make any judgments against her.

The only thing that I know for sure is her passion and great compassion toward the Animals..
