It is usually called a 'bra stash'...

We travel in cool weather and prefer security pouch under pants-leg, ie. 'leg stash'

That would be the most unhandy thing I can imagine is digging in my shirt every time I wanted to buy anything! What I do is keep a moderate amount of spending money for "impulse" purchases in my pocket, another $100-$200 in local currency in my shoe, in case I get stranded somewhere I can always make it back to a hotel or an embassy, but I don't stash a wad of money in money belts or anything. I've traveled all over the world innumerable times and I've never had a problem or misplaced any money along the way. I do have two money belts, the usual kind and one that looks like a gun holster that fits under my armpit. It is the one I like the most but can only use it in weather allowing for an over garment like a sweater or jacket over a shirt or blouse. I haven't however used a money belt for the past 5 years. I just pay attention to my surroundings and have never been harassed or lost anything to thievery. And my husband and I watch each other's backs when we are in a big crowd. I can't imagine digging in my bra! You might try Magellan's though, they have unusual things.

I have one that I've used for years that is just a piece of material, really, that forms a pocket and has two strings with snaps that attach to your bra straps. I never really remember I have it on. It's small, so all I ever carry in it are a couple large bills (emergency stash) and an extra credit card. It's not a good substitute for a money pouch because you can't put your passports or anything large in it and it be comfortable. I let my husbad wear the money pouch and this is our second line of defense, so to speak.

I've used this thing with great success. It is big enough for passports and you don't feel like a pervert whipping it out in a store. It is a tad bit uncomfortable when you sit for long periods though. If you make your husband carry it, then you won't feel it at all!

On a group day tour in Russia one time, one of the ladies and I were buying things from a kiosk. She was wearing one of those bra money holders.
When it came time to pay, she told the guy, well, I will have to pay you with this and unbuttoned her blouse and reached in. With her ample cleavage we both thought the man would need resuscitation, he literally gasped!
We laughed so hard!!

Does anyone know if this 'bra pouch' is compatible with the Man-ssiere™ or the Bro™

Let me try that link again, for some reason the (seinfeld) part didn't take.
