Do you mean the airport or the railway station. As indicated there is one at the railway station - and a navette (shuttle) that connects them.

Never seen one at the airport - and unlikely that many people using the airport would need it.

I guess we would be one of the few that would use it. We get into TLS on a Thursday and can't check into our rental in Caunes until Saturday so our plan was to take a carry-on into
Toulouse then picking up our car and luggage on Saturday at TLS and driving to Caunes. Oh well, 2 nights of mussels and frites ain't bad.

Do you mean that you dont want to take your main luggage into Toulouse? Why not, if you are staying for two nights? Surely you will be in a hotel, where you can leave your bags. There is a shuttle from the airport, or a taxi, which is not expensive, as it's not far.

Then you could just do the reverse on Saturday, getting out to the airport, and pick up your car. Or possibly pick up your car in downtown Toulouse. I dont find it a difficult city to driver around, certainly if you are used to driving in any large city. Other than Paris, Marseille and Lyon, French cities are all fairly small.
