Best way to fly from Venice to Paris

What is the deal with these cheap airlines like EasyJet or RyanAir?? Can you purchase the tickets now (online) for a May trip?

Ryanair http://www.ryanair.com/en It does go to Beauvais Airport, rather than Orly or CDG, but it is cheap.

I looked on Whichbudget to see what cheapo airlines fly the Venice/Paris route, but Ryanair was the only one listed. I think the one I took last time I did that route was Myair, which has now folded.

You only looked for flights from Treviso rather than the main (and in fact only) Venice airport of Marco Polo.

Easyjet fly Venice Marco Polo to Paris CDG & Paris Orly, AirBerlin fly to Orly

Forget about Ryanair - it doesn't use proper Paris or Venice airports and in any case their checked luggage allowance is only 15kg, you need to be able to print off your own boarding passes (or pay a truly extortionate amount to "reissue" them at the airport). Also as a non-EU person you have to go to their airport desk to have your passport checked.

With Ryanair, you can print your boarding pass as far as 15 days in advance, so this should not be too difficult to arrange. The 15 kg is strict, as you will be subject to huge fees for overage, and you have to be sure that your exactly one carry-on absolutely does not exceed the limits, but this is doable. However, I would also disqualify Ryanair on this route in most cases, due to the inconvenience of transport.
