pja - I learned from this not to reference temps for small towns - the avg tempts may have been for the nearest weather station - like the Jungfraujoch perhaps for those cold temps- so anecdotal reports of folks who have actually been there at those times is probably the best harbinger of what to expect.

If you look up Murren on that same site, you get different temperatures. If the temperatures were for the nearest weather station, I would think they would be the same.

The temps of 90 + were, of course, Fahrenheit. Check the key in the upper right. toggle back and forth if uncertain.
