berlin-prague vienna in end sept
Hi. I really need help and would appreiciate any feedback. I will be taking my elderly parents to the above mentioned cities. My dad is unable to walk for a long time so I need recommendation for a 4 to 5 star hotel near major tourist attractions in both berlin and prague. Also, how best to go from berlin to prague? By train or plane? (details please if by train). Is there a tour company that can cater to our needs by arranging the sightseeing and transportation in the 3 cities? We will spend 3 nights in each city.Thank you so much.

emtravel- I don't think you're supposed to advertise your business here.

For hotels, do a search here on this forum by typing "Berlin AND hotel" and "Prague AND hotel" in the search box above, and you should be able to pull up some old threads with hotel suggestions.
There is no non-stop flight between Berlin & Prague that I know of. The train would be your best bet. The trip takes 4.5hrs with several direct trains throughout the day. Go to
www.bahn.de
for schedules.
For sightseeing in Berlin, here is Berlin's Tourism website. Surf around and you may be able to find links for tour companies. If not, you can probably contact them and ask for tour company recommendations.

chchtrain,
for comfortable plus centrally located hotels in Berlin, I would suggest the following:
Kempinski Adlon (M)
Grand Hyatt (P)
Radisson SAS (M)
Marriott (P)
Westin Grand (M)
Hilton (M)
These are all located in Mitte (M) or around Potsdamer Platz (P).
In the Western part of the city, there are
Kempinski Bristol
Swissotel
Both ar located near Kurfuerstendamm.
As all are part of a chain, check the respective websites plus some consolidators for the best rates and values.
Have a nice weekend
