Berlin & Munich Hotels
Looking for hotels in the above two cities for March. We need a double with bath and breakfast buffet
included in the rates, centrally located if possible. Not looking for first class but clean and safe. Has
anyone stayed at the youth hostel in Berlin recommended by Frommers, they have double rooms, I know
it is shared facilies but would appreciate hearing from anyone who had been there. Otherwise a pension
or hotel garni is the type of lodging we are looking for. Thanks for your tips.

I don't think there is anything wrong with asking for information that may have been provided here sometime in the past. ALL travel info is inherently perishable!

My favorite hotel in Berlin is apparently under new management; I don't know whether to recommend it or not.

In Munich - - solid, not luxurious - - at a decent price and a satisfactory location:

Hotel Kurpfalz
Sschwanthalerstrassw 121
80 339 Muenchen

Tel: + 49 89 540 98 60
Fax: + 49 89 540 98 811

or

www.munich-specials.de
www.munich-hotels.com

Best wishes,

Rex
