Barcelona new Marriott Cotton House

Is it in a good location?
Any restaurant suggestions nearby? (Yes, I have guidebooks!)
Set to open soon, in Eixample on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 670

Yes, the area is fine, about Ramblas. There are a number of excellent restaurants within a 20-minute walk. What are you interested in? Budget will have a lot to do with it.

Moderate to Deluxe budget is fine. (We don't eat seafood)

It's also great to have good food in a more neighborly setting, maybe without the high prices or the foam.

Most restaurants offer a mix of meat and fish dishes. You can check out the Restaurante Windsor (www.restaurantwindsor.com), Monvinic Wine Bar (www.monvinic.com), Cinc Sentis (cincsentits.com/en/food/) and Petit Comite (www.petitcomite.cat/en/) to begin. There are a few dozen other options.

Have you booked your trip yet? I am just now considering this hotel. I believe it opens in March? It would be our first trip to Spain so a lot to research.
