For London and Paris, a BofA account will do. There is no charge for withdrawing money from a Barclays ATM in London and a BNP ATM in Paris.

Thanks, Michael! I closed my B of A account though some time back, and I doubt I have time to re-open. Should have planed in advance! Stu, yes, I did visit that site and enjoyed Berlin very much. Thanks for your photos!
